Operation Instructions:

1.  The above-mentioned countries can arrange pickup to our company (China Hong Kong Company) (in addition to the shipping cost from the originating country to our Hong Kong warehouse,

a HK customs clearance fee of 100 RMB will be charged). Our company will then import the express goods to Mainland China, and the import fee will be charged based on

the actual product name and declared value. If delivery to other addresses in Hong Kong is required, an additional Hong Kong delivery fee will be charged;

2. If the client requires our company to pick up the shipment in the origin country, the power of attorney must be filled out accurately and in detail. After stamping the company seal

on the document, fax or email it to our sales representative, along with the attached power of attorney;

3. When the customer submits the authorization letter to our company, an automatic tracking number will be generated, which serves as the query number for the express package.

This tracking number can be used for online tracking and inquiry on our company's website;

4. Upon arrival in Hong Kong, China, our company will recheck the weight and compare it with the volumetric ratio, with the higher value serving as the billing weight.

The volumetric calculation method is: length * width * height / 5000CM;

5. When entrusting our company to pick up and transport non-document express parcels, please inform the sender that a commercial invoice must be provided. Otherwise,

it will affect the transit time of the parcels. Our company does not offer declaration services on behalf of the sender;

6. Our company accepts consignment collection requests from Monday to Friday, with a deadline of 4:30 PM. For consignments received before the deadline,

we will arrange pickup on the same day, and the estimated arrival time at the port is approximately 2-3 days;

7. Entrust our company to pick up the goods and accept payment from the agent, temporarily not accepting payment from the sender.
